Processing time
Orders are packed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 12:00 on Friday, or during public holidays, go out the next business day.
Delivery estimates
- United States: 6–12 business days after dispatch
- Canada: 7–14 business days
- Europe & UK: 7–15 business days
- Rest of world: 10–20 business days
Remote areas and customs delays can add a few days. These are estimates, not guarantees.
Tracking
Every order ships with a tracking number, emailed when the parcel leaves the warehouse. Tracking sometimes stops updating for 2–3 days while a parcel moves between carriers or clears customs — that’s normal.
Customs, duties and tax
Prices at checkout do not include import duties, VAT or local sales tax. Those are charged by your country’s customs authority on arrival and are the buyer’s responsibility. We declare shipments accurately; we don’t mark orders as gifts or under-declare value.
If a parcel is refused at customs and returned to us, we refund the product cost minus the original shipping charge.
Split shipments
If you order several items we may ship them separately to get them to you faster. You’ll get a tracking number for each parcel, and you’re only charged shipping once.
Lost or stuck parcels
If tracking hasn’t moved for 10 business days, contact us with your order number and we’ll open a trace with the carrier. If a parcel is confirmed lost, we replace it or refund it.
Incorrect addresses
Please check the address at checkout. We can change it within 24 hours of ordering; after dispatch we can’t. Parcels returned as undeliverable are refunded minus shipping, once they reach us.
